10. Project Photography and Portfolio Use

We will not publicly use identifiable photographs of a private residence, personal belongings, occupants or confidential project information for portfolio, editorial, media, social-media, advertising or promotional purposes unless we have the necessary authorization or another lawful basis to do so.

Any permissions relating to project photography, publication, crediting, confidentiality or media use may also be addressed in the applicable client agreement, release or project documentation.

11. Payments

Where payments are made through a third-party payment processor or financial institution, payment information may be collected and processed directly by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

Khachi may receive limited transaction information, such as the payer’s name, payment amount, date, status and reference number. We do not intentionally retain full credit-card information unless required for an authorized business purpose and handled through an appropriately secured payment process.

Khachi is based in Ontario, Canada. Some of our service providers may store or process personal information outside Ontario or outside Canada.
