Our founder, Ramsin Khachi, works alongside partners Brianna Khachi, Victoria Lindo, and Dane Khachi, each leading a different part of the firm. Together, we bring design, construction, creative direction, and client experience into one shared standard.

We are a family-led practice, but more than that, this is a working structure. Each person carries responsibility for how the work is imagined, planned, built, and continued over time.
